After a double degree at Supélec Paris and ESCP Europe, and after several experiments in investment banking, I naturally moved towards financial consulting. I quickly saw that Nexialog offered me to improve myself and to acquire expertise in both technical and operational fields.
The various missions I’ve been on and the emphasis put by the firm on the technical aspects and on the methodology are elements which create a really challenging and instructive environment for a young graduate.
By taking part in the company “Pépite” program, I have benefited from very specialized trainings and from a real daily support from my managers, who are always listening to my concerns and are setting my goals according to a detailed plan we built together.

Graduate from the École Centrale Paris, I came to Nexialog in 2013 after several experiments in strategic and management consulting.
During my first experiments as a consultant, I discovered how important it is to build an organized long-term expertise on consistent subjects, which is expected by the actors of the field I work in. To achieve this career plan, Nexialog offers an ideal positioning. By specializing in a professional and first-rate know-how, consultants develop and implement not only the project management but sharp expertise on very technical subjects. Today, three years after my arrival in the company, I can confirm my career plan…
As Supélec engineer, I ended my studies with an internship in the industrial business. But I then decided to switch plans towards banks and insurance companies to broaden my horizon in a field which is at the center of attention and whose development knows no bounds.
The choice of a human-sized firm came to me naturally because it allows me to diversify the companies where I will work and to have access to various missions and levels of responsibility.
As a junior consultant, I have been able to benefit from the entire knowledge of Nexialog’s employees and from a rich database, which allows me to calmly deal with every kind of mission.
Today, three years after my arrival in the company, I can confirm my career plan and know that my future will allow me to better my knowledge and improve my responsibilities at Nexialog, as well as with the different customers I work with.

After graduating from Sciences-Po Paris with previous experiences in the public sector and in the consulting industry, I decided to join Nexialog, a firm which offered me the opportunity to develop technical and business skills matching with my professional background.
It was also the best way of ensuring myself that I would work in a dynamic environment on strategic projects. I have soon been encouraged to get involved in the company’s projects by leading the internal communication. At the same time, I am currently working on a healthcare market study for clients and prospects.
Team spirit and monitoring from experienced managers have been really useful to quickly reach the company and clients’ requirements. To sum it up, adaptability to new challenges and creativity are your most valuable assets for Nexialog.
