An active teaching policy

Nexialog really cares about its consultants’ training. The firm commits to developing its consultants’ expertise by a set of actions aimed at increasing the operational performance of its colleagues. This knowledge improvement is given in particular by in-house training on varied subjects like market finance or regulatory sectors.

Every employee is invited to take part in this training. It allows them to extend their know-how on key financial subjects. Besides, every junior consultant will get a customized training program called “Pépite”, which aims at guaranteeing the acquisition of the required expertise.
